앱의 설정 → 계정·내 정보 삭제에서 지울 수 있어요.
여행톡·일행 채팅 내 정보
[삭제하기]를 누르면 아래 정보를 지우고, 이 기기에서 쓰던 익명 계정을 없애요.

- 이 기기의 닉네임·차단 목록·참여 중인 모임 정보
여행톡은 로그인 없이 기기마다 익명 계정을 써요. 그래서 처음 쓰던 기기(브라우저)에서 지워야 내 글을 찾을 수 있어요.
숙소 사장님 계정
사장님 화면에서 이메일 링크로 로그인한 뒤, 맨 아래 [삭제하기]를 누르면 아래 정보를 지우고 로그인 계정을 없애요. 보안을 위해 로그인한 직후에만 지울 수 있어요.

- 받은 숙소 문의와 내가 보낸 답장
- 사장님 이메일과 로그인 계정
앱을 쓸 수 없을 때 — 이메일로 요청
help@oneworld24.co로 아래 내용을 적어 보내 주세요. 본인 여부를 확인한 뒤 10일 이내에 지우고 결과를 알려드려요.
- 숙소 사장님: 로그인에 쓴 이메일 주소 (그 주소에서 보내 주세요)
- 여행톡·일행 채팅: 닉네임, 나라 또는 초대 코드, 글을 쓴 대략적인 날짜
지워지지 않거나 남는 정보
- 다른 사람이 쓴 메시지와 글 (그 사람의 정보예요)
- 처리 전 신고 기록 — 욕설·사기 확인을 위해 관리자가 처리할 때까지 남고, 처리하면 바로 지워요
- 내가 만든 일행 모임의 이름 — 다른 참여자가 계속 쓰는 모임이라 남아요 (마지막 메시지 뒤 1년이 지나면 지워요)
- 접속 기록(Cloudflare) — Cloudflare 보관 정책에 따라 지워져요

Delete account & my data

Delete in the app
Go to Settings → Delete account & my data.
My Travel Talk & Group Chat data
Tap [Delete] to delete the data below and close the anonymous account used on this device.
- My lounge, 1:1 chat and Group Chat messages and companion posts
- Stay inquiries I sent
- Nickname, block list and group info stored on this device
Travel Talk uses an anonymous account per device without sign-in, so please delete from the device (browser) you used.
Stay owner account
Sign in on the owner screen with the email link, then tap [Delete] at the bottom. For security this works only right after signing in. It deletes:
- My stays and photos
- Received inquiries and my replies
- Owner email and sign-in account
If you cannot use the app — request by email
Email help@oneworld24.co with the details below. We delete the data within 10 days after verifying it is you and let you know.
- Stay owners: the email address you sign in with (please write from that address)
- Travel Talk & Group Chat: your nickname, the country or invite code, and the approximate date you posted
Data that is not deleted or may remain
- Messages and posts written by other people (their data)
- Reports not yet handled — kept until an admin handles them for abuse and scam checks, then deleted right away
- The name of a group you created — other members keep using it (deleted 1 year after the last message)
- Access logs (Cloudflare) — deleted under Cloudflare's retention policy
